    Hello there,

We have close to 200 pages on our website and some of them override the default post type settings. Sometime we will make changes that require all of these posts to be updated.

Unfortunately, PO doesn’t provide a way to do that easily and we have to remember which pages are overriden to update them.

Would it be possible to add a menu “Override list” (or anything you deem explicit enough) where we can see a list of posts/pages that we have enabled the option “Override post type settings”? Then we could easily open the post/page edit screen to make updates.

Unless there’s already a way to do that that I’m unaware of?

    Thanks for your consideration!

    All best,
    B

I can add a column in the post list to indicate whether the post type settings have been overridden. Then you could sort the posts by that column and have the list of posts that have overridden them.

    Hey Jeff,

That’s definitely a way to achieve what we need.

As long as we can hide the column in the screen option settings that should be fine!

    Thanks for your consideration.

I have added a column to the list screen for posts and any supported post types in version 10.1 that indicates whether the post type settings have been overridden. You can also click the filter link at the top to only show posts that have overridden the post type settings.
