Suggestion: open/closed tickets in editorial comments

I’d like to put in a suggestion for the edit flow plugin.
The editorial comments system is incredibly useful – but I’d love to see a ticketing system to ensure that editorial comments are addressed by their intended recipient.
For example, say I write a comment that says “Please re-word the 2nd paragraph”. It’s possible for me to forget about this task if I am really busy and the editor does not reply back in a timely manner.
So it would be awesome if I could write my comment, and check off a box to indicate that there is something here that needs to be addressed. Then I could create a custom page that queries posts with open tickets, so I can be sure there are no unresolved tasks.
The editor in question when he addresses it can uncheckmark the box.
Obviously this can be accomplished using a custom field, but it’d be great to have it already integrated into Edit Flow.
