Suggestion: made an option to mark a message as read

In bulk action or also in a single message can be useful have an option to mark a message as read.

When Message counters on the WordPress Dashboard is active, all messages are added in the count. What about if I read some of this messages and want flag as read do if I see 10 messages I want flag 5 of this read or all as read.

If the message is read is not listed, if maybe is marked again as not read should be added again to the counter list.

This is an idea for a future new function implementation.
