Suggestion: internal anchor links to subheadings inside a post

Back in the day when the Internet was young, it was customary to add a list of links that would point to the subheadings on the same page on top of that said page. Anchor links, that is. It made reviewing the post quick and getting to the part you need quicker.

I feel like it would be a great addition to Gutenberg.
