Suggestion for new function: Insert between anchors of another article

There should be possible to set arguments to insert from one anchor to another like <a id=”start” to <a id=”stop” giving arguments from=”start” to=”stop”
Using the same part of another document marked by anchor start and stop, one can write several articles inserting relevant parts of other documents without linking to them. This makes it a lot more easy to make complex sites which need to reuse information. Today one need to run php script to do this trick.
