In the Stats section, the Clicks are calculated base on Reach. This is not accurate. It should be based on the Opens. If the mail is not even opened how can anyone click? It would not make sense to show the percentage based on Reach. It will make more sense if it is based on Open, so one would know out of those newsletter opened how many actually clicked.

Hi thank you for sharing your idea. Actually noth the values are important and are different PKI.

Click/Reach is something you’re interested in, generally, when the CTA is the most important thing.

Click/Open is something explaining if you content is attracting clicks over the number of people you convinced to open the email with your subject.

Having a 100% Click/Open means your content is great and aligned with your subject. But if you need clicks and your open rate is really low, that value has a relative meaning and you immediately see your newsletter has not converted. Then you go deep and discover if the problem is the subject or the content.

    Stefano.
