Suggestion for changing Whitelist and Blacklist labels to Safelist and Blocklist

I’d like to propose that the wording of the labels ‘Whitelist’ and ‘Blacklist’ within the plugin are changed to ‘Safelist’ and ‘Blocklist’ respectively. I feel that this small change would be a welcome and sensible one, especially in a plugin installed on over 1 million websites.
