    Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion. I will forward your request to our WordPress product development team. My team will check the possibility, and add the requested feature in our future release.

In the meanwhile, if you need to convert your csv file into UTF-8 format, upload the file in google sheets and download it in .CSV format. Doing this will help you convert other file formats to UTF-8 format.

    Thanks.

    Yeah. I tried..
As I have to find non UTF-8 file format..
    1. I break the CSV into parts
    2. Then Upload.. If success that file delete
    3. If not success, will break again into part
and tried until it became smaller.. so that I can find the row that is non utf-8 part..

So much Step.. As this happen most in Latina name part, japanese name part..

    Thank u for ur help

    Hi,

Like I said earlier, you do not need to follow all the above steps. Copy and paste the entire data in the google sheets and download the file in .csv format to solve this.

If the above solution didn’t work, open the file in Notepad++ editor, and save your file in UTF-8 format.

Any one of the above solutions will work for your use case. For more help, email to support[at]smackcoders[dot]com. Our technical team will help you.
