Suggestion: Disable "Switch Off" option for non admins

I’m seeing a bit of potential confusion and the possibility of a security breach where editors or non admins might think they’ve logged out when they’ve actually just switched off. I would have thought this would be disabled for non admins ( maybe it is now that I think of it I only checked it on Shop Manager role from Woocommerce … but surely it shouldn’t be enabled by default for that either ? )
