Suggestion: Default Global Template

Thanks for this great plugin. I just have started playing with it and testing it out. One thing I would much appreciate is the ability to select a default template for plain shortcodes.

For example, lets say I want to use the wishlist template for everything, currently I need to do this:

[amazon template=wishlist&asin=ABCDEFG]

What I would love to do is configure a setting for the plugin to choose the global default template for all shortcodes without a template value. This way I can do this very quickly and easily across my site, without worrying about insert tool, or remembering template name…

[amazon asin=ABCDEFG]
