Suggestion: Choose which field from a form is used when showing Inbound Messages

When looking at Inbound Messages the plugin tries to use [your-subject] as default on the first column but multiple sites we have developed don’t use the subject field at all in their forms.

My suggestion is if we could have a select-element which would list all the fields that are used in the forms and we could choose which of those fields would be used to replace the default [your-subject].

I have modified the plugin to bring in the [your-name] field but whenever there is an update to the plugin I need to make this change again. We have hundreds of websites that use Contact Form 7 and we have recently started adding Flamingo on those sites as well but updating all of those sites every time there is an update is a lot of work.
