Suggestion and hope

    Have you ever thoght about merging this plugin with BP Group Hierarchy?

    It′ll be the perfect group managing suite to bp ??

    BTW: do you plan to continue developing both plugins and making them full compatible with BP 1.7.xxxx, don′t you? I′m asking because the features present on both plugins are not yet present in BP core and who knows if they will be implemented sometime ??

    Hi stickFinger –

    Good to see you! I originally created this plugin to help me build test sites for Group Hierarchy, but I think they’ll stay separate. For one, this is still probably the fastest way to create groups whether you use hierarchy or not, so I think it is useful even to people who aren’t using hierarchy. And also I think smaller, separate plugins are easier to test and get feedback on.

    I do plan on maintaining both plugins for the foreseeable future. The current releases of both have been tested against early builds of BP 1.7, but I’ll go through soon and make sure nothing changed. If you run into any issues, please drop me a line in the forums!
