Suggestion: allow use non-admin user roles

I’m setting up a site and see that unless I set a user as an admin then they don’t have access even to the shortcodes to use the currently set up maps — that is the menu doesn’t show that Leaflet Map is even installed. I assume they can still use the shortcodes in pages/posts there’s just no way for them to discover those that are already set up other than go rooting around on past pages/posts to look for them.

What would be nice is for Leaflet Map to appear in the sidebar, and when viewed from the page to say “admin is reserved for administrators but these shortcodes are already in use” and then list the shortcodes and possibly even a preview of how the content then appears.
