SUGGESTION: Ajax/lazy load the hidden content

First off, thanks so much for this brilliant plug-in. Very flexible.

I know this would be a large addition … but I’d like to suggest adding a feature so that the hidden content is loaded via ajax when the button is clicked, rather than it all being loaded and then much of it hidden.

On pages with a large dataset, it takes quite a performance hit to load hundreds of items in one go. Would be better if they lazy loaded in batches when Load More button is clicked.
