Suggestion: Add meta preview for custom fields

    Yoast supports custom fields in the meta description and title using the %%cf_XXX%% syntax.

    However these placeholders are not replaced in the live preview and thus the SEO score is not working correctly if custom fields are used.

    Can this be implemented/fixed?
