Suggestion: add condition hook in WC_Email_PDF_Order_Notification::trigger()

    Would it be possible to add a condition hook to WC_Email_PDF_Order_Notification::trigger()?

    What I would like to achieve is that in some conditions the email will not be sent. In our case we some brochures which people can order and in that case we do not want the packing slip to be sent to the deliverer.
    I think a simple hook would give use the possibility to customise the behaviour.
