Suggestion about filtering out of punctuation marks from messages

    I have noticed certain punctuation marks such as < > and % are filtered out from private messages being sent depending on context.

    However in certain circumstances these punctuation marks are useful. At least shoud be allowed something like %20 should be allowed.
