    I like to suggest this plugin make backup of edited files, as do some others wordpress file editors as htaccess editor.

    Hiya,

    Thank you for the feedback, unfortunately I don’t feel like that aligns well with the vision of the plugin.

    Although I could see why someone may want this, I feel that backups are something that should be handled either by the host, or by a dedicated backup solution ??
