It would be fun if each Wrong Answer field had an extra space to explain why the answer is wrong, or even an extra field to give more info on the correct answer.

    eg.

Question: What is the best Quiz Plugin for WordPress?

    Correct Answer: Quiz-Cat
Extra info: Quiz Cat answers all their users questions for new features

    Wrong Answer: WordPress Quiz Pro
Extra info: WordPress Quiz Pro charges money and has not been updated in years.

    Hi,

First off, thank you so much for trying out Quiz Cat! We hope it will become known for being the best WordPress quiz plugin!!

I’ve added your suggestion to our development board for consideration. In fact, in an earlier development version we did have hints included, but one of our goals with this plugin is to have the user interface be as simple and easy to use as possible.

But we do understand that the nature of quizzes is going to lend itself to having a lot of different settings and options, so we will have to find a balance between clean, simple user interface and having enough features to make our plugin great.

So we will definitely consider your request, and we do plan to build in many more features as well, so if you have any other suggestions we’d be happy to hear it!

    Hi Ryan!

Thank for your reply. Hints are slightly different that extra comments at the end, but I’m glad you’ll consider them anyway!

Yes, I do have 3 more suggestions, in order of importance. Since I’d rather stick with your plug-in than find a different one. ??

Suggestion 1) Have a box I can check if I want the questions to appear in random order.

Suggestion 2) At the end of the quiz there should be a button for people to share their result on Facebook. Example: I got 1 out of 3 – “you suck” – on the game of thrones quiz!

Suggestion 3) Since the “Start Quiz” button is below the initial image, then when the quiz starts, the questions appear above the fold. It would be good if the screen could jump back up 100 or so pixels after the “Start Quiz” button is pressed. You can see an example of what I mean by starting the quiz on your own demo site. You have to scroll back up.

Thanks for listening. I look forward to the next update!

    Hi again,

    To address the suggestions:

1 – Random order questions – very possible we will add this, it will be pretty simple, in fact we had random order until we added an interface to drag and drop the questions into a preferred order

2 – We will 100% be adding social media integrations, at very least Facebook

3 – Yes, that makes sense, I will likely add it in the next version

Thanks for the interest and well thought out suggestions!

    Regards,
    Ryan
