suggested videos checkbox not saving

I’ve added some youtube videos as slides to my site and there is a checkbox that says “Do not show suggested videos when the video finishes.”
I’ve checked that box but on saving the check disappears and the suggested videos still show at end of video.
Is there anything i can do to make this “stick”?
