Suggested menu tweaks for usability

Here are a couple of suggested menu tweaks for usability:

1) change the menu label from “Options” to “Settings” so it is consistent with the heading on the page. Or change the page heading to “Options” so it matches the menu.

2) change the “Contact Form DB” sub-menu to “Data Table”, because that’s what you get when you click it.
