Suggest to add function of import and export

Dear Jeff:
This is a great plugin, thank you create it. I use it carefully and read your full help documents.
I have suggestion as follow:
1.Suggest to add function of import and export for plugin setting. Because it is a great plugin, usually frequently use and many time repeat setting, especially for multisites.

2.Suggest to add supporting for back-end plugin management page (relative url: /wp-admin/plugins.php). For sub-folder site of multisite, Now do not display network active plugins according to custom sort from this plugin (namely from: admin main menu→plugin organizer→group and order plugins). I know this is default option for multisite, namely sub-folder site do not display network active plugins. By some way, if displaying network active plugins in subsites, which will can preferably sort and manage and view all plugins.

Even for non-multisite, sometimes it also is not display the custom sort details.
