    Since you removed the IP address and tracing ability, we have no way to knowing where our clients are coming from and in order to give our clients the correct Country pricing we need to know which country they come from.

    Since you cannot use the IP address, may we suggest that you add Country of Origin to the Live Chat Admin instead. This would still cover the privacy issue…

    Not that we see any issue with recording the IP address as long as you are up front about it…
