Suggest a Contact form plugin

  • I am looking for a Contact Form Plugin that will allow me to do as follows:

    I need to create a dropdown that will have different email addresses associated with it. Basically selecting the recipient by title. HOWEVER – there are about 10 options in the dropdown, and each option must go to 1,2 or 3 addresses PLUS one or 2 BCC’s depending on the option.

    So:

    Option 1 ([email protected], [email protected], BCC: [email protected])
    Option 2 ([email protected], BCC: [email protected])
    …and so on…

    I have been using the Custom Contact Forms plugin, but cant see how I can make this happen.

    Any suggestions?
