Sugar & Spice Pro Post Page Title

  • I’ve searched extensively for my problem, but I can’t seem to find anything that is specific to the Sugar & Spice theme. I have a static Home Page set and my blog is setup as a post page. My blog post excerpts are displaying beautifully, but I really would like to have the name of my blog (page title) appear at the top of each excerpt page.

    I’ve hunted for a way to turn on post page titles. I’ve tried adding everything that I can think of to my external CSS style sheet (using Simple Custom CSS plugin). I even tried making an image and adding it to the Featured Image box on the post page, but that doesn’t work either.

    Can anyone help restore my sanity? This seems like something that should be so simple, but it has totally outsmarted me ??

    Should have added that I did add the following code to my custom CSS:

    .page .entry-title, .page-title {
    display: none;
    }

    I was addressing the header on each page individually, removed that code, and inserted the code above. Was hoping that this would work, but I still am not getting a title on my post page.
