[Sug] Disallow file edits in admin CP

When you go to Manage>Files, and on the bottom, You can modify any file you like…Well, let’s say I have another admin or 2 or more and they know the config to my wordpress config file…Let’s say they edit the file and get the DB info…Is there any way I can block them from accessing certain files instead of renaming wp-config.php and hacking the other files to make it work right?
