Suffix in the url

Hello, Thanks for your plugin, it does what I was looking for to add taxonomy in the url.
I have a question, my first entry -post has the suffix-256
I don’t hava any other posts other than that one, nor a category or tag to consider it as duplicate ….so, will it allways add a numerical Suffix in the url even tough there’s no duplicates?
