Sufficient Permissions

  • Hello, when going to my login page for the admin (wp-admin) and after logging in, I am getting an error that says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    I can not figure out what is causing this. I have tried disabling all of my plugins, which didn’t help. I am unsure of what else to try.

    Any help is appreciated!

  • You can check your ‘wp-login.php’ file permission & see if it is set to 0000. If so then change it back to 0664. You can also get help from the given link:

    I had already checked that and they are set to 0664. I have also tried all of the solutions on the link you provided. Do you have any other ideas?

    Are you using the most up-to-date WordPress version?

    I remember having this issue with an older version of WordPress.
