Go to Customize->Menu and edit the required menu and add the URL of your page. You can reference this to customize your menu https://wordpress.com/support/menus/.
Hopefully this solves your query else let me know!

I already did it. Right now every link still takes you to the home page. I want to update the links so that when you click on them they take you to the appropriate blog category.
