Suddenly your tables show up

I do not have your plugin in my plugin folder and I have deleted these tables shown hereunder from the database several times but they keep showing up again and again:

bv_activities_store
bv_fw_requests
bv_ip_store
bv_lp_requests

Request you to kindly remove my websites from the account:
