Suddenly the products are not visible

  • We have products with a configuration like:

    Visible: Guest, admin, Client

    Not visible: B2B, B2B_top, B2B_falgship

    And suddenly de plugging stop working and the products are not visible for certain roles but we checked the configuration and its ok.

    It was working fine and suddenly stop working correctly.

    I have the same problem: products not visible for roles and not working correctly with WPML.
    If I disable the plugin, the products are visible again.
    I have also updated woocommerce to version 3.4.0 but nothing has been resolved.

    How can you fix this?

    I updated the plugin in version 1.1.9 but it still does not work.
    On the product page, in the User Roles column, “alg_no_change” is written in red and green in the Italian version, and nothing is written in the English version.

    I just tried to disable and delete the plugin. I reinstalled the plugin and there are still the same errors.

    I was able to login but I couldn’t understand well how WooCommerce was set up. On the product page, there are some tabs but I couldn’t find the WooCommerce options.

    Anyway,
    Can you try to explain me what is the visibility configuration you tried? What product and what roles have you tried?

    “alg_no_change” shouldn’t be written at all. Can you please try to access the product page and clear the visibility options?

    I fixed in this way: I re-saved the products (one by one) and now the plugin working good (“alg_no_change” is disappear).
    But your plugin not working with language change from italian to english (WPML plugins), why?

    When I change from italian to english the products return visible, also the products that are not. In italian version there are only products available for the customer (is correct), in english version there are more: products available for the customer (same italian version) and the products that not should be visible.

    I can’t think of a reason why this is happening.
    Can you please make sure to clean your cache if you use some sort of caching plugin?
