    Hi
I bought the pro version a few days ago, and it started working fine.. then today, when I click on print within my posts, all i get is that the screen gets shaded and nothing else.. i have to refresh the screen for anything to work….what could be causing this???

SO I’m thinking this must be something on your server side… as a test, I changed my registered domain for pro version to my dev site, and the same thing happened… clicking print just gives me an empty lightbox/greyed screen

I can confirm this is only happening on the pro version because when I disable Pro it seems to go back to the normal which is kind of counterintuitive as the pro should work better than the free.

Sorry for the late response. We are unable to replicate this issue. So can you please share the following details to help debug this problem.

    1. URL of the page exhibiting the problem
    2. Browser and OS used
    3. Any javascript/ad blocking extension in use

If you are using any javascript/ad blocking extension, please disable it and check.

    1. The URL is insider50.com. It will make you login, so use guest/guest as the login for now.

    2. Browser/OS – Chromebook, chromeOS with chrome browser

    3. I use the extension “Block AdBlock”, and then just deactivated it after reading your response, but that did not change the behavior. No javascript either.

    Thank you.

I found the problem.. it is the plugin “API Key for Google Maps”.. that seems to be conflicting with it…

    thanks though!

So what is the workaround for javascript then?

The plugin uses javascript extensively and hence there are no workaround for javascript disabling extensions.
