Suddenly stopped working?

JUST SOME MORE INFORMATION:

I figured out that the URL in the ‘Download Information’ window seems incomplete. It just ends with download/104/ but links to a ‘Not Found’ Page.

Oh, really hope someone can help ??

sounds like the download file got removed maybe? or perhaps you have redirects that are in the way? maybe you installed a plugin recently that messed with things?

My guess would be that the download file is no longer there on the filesystem. Check and see. If that’s not it, remove your download files in Download Monitor, then reupload the files using Download Monitor, then note the IDs of the files and fix your shortcode to match.

Tt was actually something server-side related, – sorry! The host recommended to send via SMTP. I then tried to set up things via Postman SMTP, but when pressing ‘Submit’ it goes into an endless loop.
Any ideas on that issue? THANKS!

But I just tried with a smaller file and it actually worked, – yeah!
Is there a limit? The other file was 2.5MB. I know not quite acceptable, but needed, mmmhhh…

Your php.ini sets a hard limit.

Thank you – I contacted the host and he changed the settings, but it is still not working with a 2.5MB document. There were no PHP error reports. With a document of 800kb it works without problems.

I will work with the compressed version now, but if someone has any solution for the future, then please let me know! THANKS!
