    Hello

    My website is displaying “Sorry. No data so far.”

    This has never been a cache issue, and by looking in the plugin there actually is no data for 24 hours or 7 days, but beyond that and all time there is still the data showing.

    For some reason, it’s just suddenly stopped recording the reviews in our database.

    Can you help?

    Updating to the new version seems to have fixed this. Recording stopped on the 20th September – I wonder if the old version just stopped working when the updates came out?

    The thumbnails are suddenly going crazy. We have to set to take a thumbnail that’s 400×300 – not sure why it’s stretching all weirdly?

    I had to change the thumbnail size. Previously a thumbnail of 400×300 was shrunk down to be ok on screen and great for retina. Had to use a manual size as it wasn’t shrinking them automatically.

    Responsive setting ticked or unticked made no difference.

    Would be good if this could be fixed back to how it was, as now they look a bit crappy!

    I didn’t change anything specifically related to thumbnails, it’s the exact same code (well, almost) from the 3.x versions.

    My guess is that you / your developer / the person who developed your theme made some customizations to WPP’s stylesheet, and when you upgraded to 4.0 those changes were overwritten by the update.

    Glad it’s working again! Can handle the lower res thumbnails for now ??
