Suddenly stop working

I encounter the next situation.
A month ago i’ve setup the connector and testing the functionality syncing some test products (around 2-3 and some of their variations at number) from my woocommerce store to emag marketplace, all good worked as expected, after 2-3 weeks without touching the setup the sync no more works and the log doens’t say to much (it writes in log only when re-enter the API credentials in the plugin admin page.) But those informations doens’t give me a clear direction where i should look and what to check.
Note : all plugins ,themes and wordpress between those dates was not changed having same version number for all things.
Then i’ve taught it’s something related to the WC or WP version and i had updated them to latest version, and then identically behaiour happens like there the plugin and wp files makes no difference like the issue it’s not about with the wp or wc files.

Contacted the emag marketplace api team explaing them my situation and they told me it’s not something that can help me, also they said those fields was added recenlty and my current extenstion possible to not have those fiels while request, (EAN, handling_time, MIN price, MAX price) but they are because i’ve completed them in plugin admin page.
The cron it’s running, scheduled actions works also i’ve ceecked, even i run the action manually and check in the log nothing it’s written.
Lost days on debugging this tried to figure out but i cannot i’m also coder but i’m not familiarized with the plugin and data imports, please if you can guide me in the right direction free or paid support.
