Suddenly not getting status emails

    Not sure what happened! no updates. this is on all of my sites. Our email provider is elastic email on cloudways hosting if that makes a difference.

    If you manually send a report email it works, but standard notifications are not sending.

    Hi @acehobojoe

    Wordfence doesn’t send any emails, we use the WordPress mail function to send Wordfence alerts and activity reports. If WordPress is unable to send mail properly then you will need to ask Cloudways to investigate that.
