Suddenly my menu's have disappeared and colours have changed

I’ve been using the Goran theme – and had everything set up and working for months exactly as I wanted – and then overnight – my menu’s have disappeared and the colours have changed (from a blue to a red).

Was there an upgrade or something?

Trying to fix this I’ve tried customizing – and can see it in preview – but then it just doesn’t work when you check live – and the option on the customise page has gone back to the default.

It’s crazy making.
