Suddenly footer stopped working

    Hi, this is Adrian.
    The plugin is not working anymore in my installation. This is what happened:

    • I was using one footer and it was working as intended.
    • I designed another one with exact same settings but different style and some more links.
    • In order to exchange them I set the former one as a Draft and the new one I changed it from Draft to Published.
    • The new one was not showing so I decided to go back to the first footer
    • Now the former one is not showing either…

    I made sure my CDN is in Development Mode to be able to bypass it, that my Caching plugin is cleared (like 10 times already) and I am opening the website from both Incognito Mode and Standard Mode.

    PS: both footers have exactly the same settings because (#1)I cloned it and (#2)I compared 1 to 1.

    Any idea what is causing this?

    We are not sure, as there’s nothing from our end which could have caused this issue.

    While we will need to check what is wrong and verify the settings and what the page with the respective page footers.

    In the meanwhile, do try clearing all the caches and server caching too and see if it resolves the issue.

    Also, do open a ticket with us if the issue persists. So that we can take a closer look and help you out accordingly.
