Suddenly error on adding email (when logged out)

  • We see “There was a problem with your request: nonce could not be verified. Please try again or contact a site administrator for help”. It was working just fine.

    Hi there

    as you can read on the plugin’s changelog, we introduced a more strict nonce verification since version 3.1.0, for the improved saefty of every user

    Of course, these changes are meant to work out of the box, so if you’re experiencing any issue with latest version my best guess is that this comes from something external to the plugin (EG: a custom ATW button, that doesn’t use our JS addition process, nor our ATW url)

    If you share with us an url to your site, I’d be glad to check what is causing this problem ??
