    Hi, This plugin works perfectly but out of sudden it didnt work today. I was using this as RSVP function. When the user fill in the form and click SEND, it just loading there but only the email was sent. The data filled by the user didnt send to the spreadsheet. It does works before today.

    I have disconnected the connector and reauntheticate back, still didnt work.

    Help needed urgently! Thanks

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Have you updated the plugin version to latest? If not please upgrade and if already updated then do the following.
    1. Click here

    there you will get Third-party apps with account access.. Under Third-party apps with account access, You will see various connections, which you authenticated. You will notice GSheetConnector connection as well, click on it and remove access manually while clicking and then again reauthenticate from plugin settings.
    This needs to be done after plugin update, after reauthenticate check again above link, you will see APP again with all the required permissions.

    2. If in case still, data is not saving in sheet, then check to debug log, make sure it should be enabled from wp-config.php.

    3. Make sure, you must have to add Google Sheet Name, Sheet ID, Tab Name and Tab ID correctly as specified in link below.

    Then let me know if still have any issues, feel free to message me with screenshots of an error log, configuration page of GoogleSheet Tab and Google Sheet Columns to check and verify.

    Hi,

    1. I’ve tried your way of remove access manually and then re-authenticate it back from the Plugin page, still didnt work.

    2. I’ve tried to enable debug in wp_config, but it still didnt show anything in the log, empty.

    3. As I mentioned above, this plugin works well without any error before until today. I followed the instruction well, everything works perfectly until today.

    Out of sudden the plugin didnt work today. I’ve checked with the hosting provider if they have made any changes or update to my hosting and they have not.

    Okay then do 1 more thing.
    Create a new tab in the same sheet and link that tab with tab name and tab ID and arrange columns without leaving columns, start with Column A and check it out.
    Hope it works.

    If still data is not showing at the moment, then if there is a problem in the plugin then it must show an error, enable error log and check the debug log once…

    Just a quick question, have you tried on your own wordpress ? is it still working ?

    Strange.

    Yes, definitely it’s working perfectly.
    thousands of users are using on live websites and no one reported a problem.

    Are you using a compatible version of PHP?
    Are you using any other cF7 addons? if yes then deactivate that addon and check.
    Does it show any error in debug log? related to conflict or any configuration issue

    Yes thats why Im confused. Just sudden it happened.

    Im using PHP 7.2.32

    I dont have any other cf7 addon other than gsheet connector.

    Nothing shows in the debug log. Just plain white.

    I am having the exact same issue. I made sure to update everything, re authenticated, tested new sheets/tabs, deactivated additional plugins, and still receive submissions successful without anything sending to the sheet anymore. Worked prior to today as well.

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    This is what the console shows me. However, I have all of the correct information as before. Previously (Within the last hour the form would submit with nothing on sheets, but now just rotates.)

    1. WP VERSION
    2. PHP VERSION
    3. PLUGIN VERSION OF CF7 AND GSHEET ADDON

    which helps me to troubleshoot accordingly.

    It’s so weird. I have used this to connect multiple forms in the past and even had this one working correctly. The log shows blank as well for me too.

    I also tested a new contact form with generic template…mapped a new sheet with the headers, and same thing…just spinning. I manually removed the connection too via google and re authenticated.

    Yes i noticed the same issue, due to the latest update before 15 hours the plugin is updated and may change the hook, so we need to check it out in our plugin as well and solve accordingly.

    Please keep patience, I am going to work out on it and give you updates shortly as possible.
    till then please use older version of CF7 which 5.2
    and the released version is 5.2.1
