Suddenly can’t upload pics to my blog

Out of the blue, I’m getting the following error message when I try to upload pics to a post:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/.muensterwasher/flwrhead/trailingyarn.com/wp-admin/inline-uploading.php:78) in /home/.muensterwasher/flwrhead/trailingyarn.com/wp-admin/inline-uploading.php on line 105

Now, I haven’t changed ANYTHING in my header or the way I upload pics or anything else. I have no idea why I’m getting this message, and I have even less of an idea how to fix it! I tried uploading pics to my ftp, but they’re not in my directory when I click “browse” from the “write post” page.
