suddenly can’t select shipping method in cart

    I have 2 shipping methods available at the cart/checkout screens which have been working perfectly for a year. Now suddenly for some reason it’s not possible to select the second method – click on method 2 and you get the progress icon briefly for a few moments and then it just reverts back to the default shipping method 1.

    So basically at the moment customers can see a second shipping method but can’t select it:(

    Occurs with both Firefox and Chrome, Win10 and Ubuntu systems.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions?

    No new plugins have been installed for a long time and the only changes made recently have been updates to existing plugins, WP and Woocommerce – versions shown here

    Are you able to revert to previous Woo version? And test if it works? We didn’t make any functional changes to the plugin in a very long time.

    Thanks for the reply, we’ve been looking deeper into this and it transpired that another plugin had caused the problem, which itself had been affected by a third plugin! This despite all plugins previously working nicely together for a long time.
