    The site worked great. Live and testing. I let the site sit a couple months and it’s supposed to go live 12/1 but now when we are trying convert our members, we can not checkout during the checkout process. I’ve tried both live, and testing.

    I dont own the license. A friend does and he allowed us to use a license as we are 5013(c) so that I could develop a website (learn) and he would support me when needed. I reached out to support by PMP but got a response saying that the owner had to reach out for help. I’m trying not to bug him since it’s all volunteer based.

    Paid Memberships Pro will function fully without a paid license, this only gives you access to automatic updates for commercial Add Ons and paid member support.

    I believe this is hidden behind access. If you cant’ get in, I’ll try to find a way to deactivate as the site isnt live yet, we’re in the middle of changing over.

    Thank you for your feedback. I’ve visited the checkout page but wasn’t able to find any errors on the page or console log that would affect this.

    Does the checkout page (https://www.ebsp.site/membership-account/membership-checkout/?pmpro_level=2) have the [pmpro_checkout] on it or another shortcode?

    Please try deactivating all other plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and let me know if the issue persists?

    I never did find a result. Uninstalling with the built in delete feature and reinstalling was the only way I could get it to work. Appreciate you.
