  • Ninja Forms is not related to mashshare. What happens when you disable the ninja forms plugin? Did you update one of the mentioned plugins?

Plugin is updated to the latest version. I already disabled ninja forms plugin, still doens’t work for Mashshare.

Do you have a screenshot of the error message when ninja forms is disabled? If the error message comes up from one day to another without doing any changes to mashshare or not updating it, the issue is probably related to any other plugin but i like to check what it is causing it.

The error you are mentioning is not an error notice, these are code lines of the plugins. So i assume you have any wrong configured server or maybe its a cache plugin which is not configured properly. Is its possible that you made any other changes to your wordpress like installing a cache plugin or somethig similar?

    Hello Rene,

I have updated everything (plugins, themes,…) to the latest version. So that’s not the problem I guess. I didn’t update NinjaForms or Mashshare recently.

This is, without the NinjaForms plugin on active, the error I get when I activatie Mashshare:
    https://static.afbeeldinguploaden.nl/1506/108832/OZeWdiAW.jpg
This appears at the top of my website.

I use WP Fastest Cache, but I was using this already before. So it would be weird when this cache plugin is suddenly the origin of this error.

Can you please help me out? I really would like to use MashShare again, I have lots of visitors who use the social media buttons of Mashshare.

    – What happens when you disable the wordpress cache and purge its cache?
    – Are you using any mashshare add-ons?

If this does not do the trick you can open a ticket on mashshare.net in the support forum. Maybe we can track this down there.

When you say you didn’t update NinjaForms or Mashshare recently its unlikely that the error is caused by mashshare so please think carefully if you changed anything else. If its wp fastest cache you can check if such blank pages issues are already known issues with this cache plugin.
