Suddenly All Tours Cannot Load Photo Files

Update: The problem only seems to show up when I’m logged into my website. When I logout it the tours work. But this makes it very difficult to edit the tours. Thanks!

Hi @michaelescapeexp , it’s a possibility that WPVR is conflicting with another plugin. In that case, can you perform a ‘unit testing’?

Here’s how:

Step1:
Just for a few minutes, deactivate all the plugins you have, except WPVR, and check if the tour appears. If it does, proceed to the next step. If it doesn’t inform us right away.

Step2:
Next, activate another plugin and reload the page with the tour and see if the tour is still there.

Step3:
Keep activating plugins one by one and checking if the tour still works.

Step4:
At a point, you will see that when you activate a particular plugin, the tour will not load. This means that plugin is the reason the tour was not loading. Let us know which plugin that is.

Once you trace the plugin, let us know and you can then re-activate all the plugins you need and we will check why our plugin conflicts with the other plugin.
