Sudden Traffic Down in Google web stories

Google Discover traffic has dropped to my site as well, but people’s interest is changing every time, every day, and this reflects in Discover content.

I recommend reviewing your content policy and trying changes. You can try to recover, but it may require extra effort. I recovered some traffic with hugh change interests and stories, and some content will have minor traffic, some will have good.

Another case: many new sites will try the webstories too and this will directly influence the traffic of the pages.

Hello @manasranjansahoo880 thanks for getting in touch. Running your Web Stories through AMP validation shows that they are not currently valid. I can see that there are some errors which you can see below:

This could be contributing to this so it would be good to get your stories valid so that you can see if this helps moving forward.

Looking at your site I can see that there is a data-minify parameter added to the <script> tag, which is causing an error. This typically occurs when you are using a plugin that is minifying your site’s JavaScript.

I can see that you are using WP Rocket which does have the ability to minify JavaScript files.

To check this could you go to Settings > WP Rocket > File Optimization and check if the ‘Minify JavaScript files’ option is switched on. If it is could you try switching this off and run your stories through AMP validation once more?
