Sudden problem with form

    Yesterday the form was working properly. Today, the form seems broken. It’s not loading properly nor displaying properly and without even being logged in, it shows admin controls.

    What is happening please?

    Hi Rob,
    For me everything looks normal. I could post a test message.
    Could it be there was a hiccup and things are fixed again?
