    Hi,

    My ordernumbers suddenly jumped from #298 to #312 (from yesterday till today) ? And then again skipped #313 and proceeded with #314 and #315

    What happened? My client is anxious that some of the orders has dissapeared, which I’m pretty sure is not the case. But I would like some kind of explanation, if possible. Thanks ??

    Hi Katrine,

    That’s a rather strange issue indeed! I can’t say I have seen this happen before, and, unless your client runs into it again, it may be tough troubleshooting exactly what happened.

    Because of the complexity of troubleshooting such an issue we will need access to your client’s production or staging site. Can you get in touch with us via our website and send us temporary admin and FTP credentials? A recent copy of the production site would be perfect if your client would rather not give access to the production site.

    Hi Katrine,

    A colleague of mine replied to your email last week with a potential explanation to your issue – it looks like a custom code incompatibility to us.

    Can you confirm that you received that message? Did that help you solve the issue you ran into?
