Sudden Increase of 50,000 Generated Links in Search Console

    Hello,

    In Search Console, I suddenly started seeing 50,000 pages listed under the warning “Alternate page with proper canonical tag.” These links start with wp-content/litespeed/localres/, and when I follow one, it redirects me to my site’s blog page. I tried to resolve the issue by removing LiteSpeed, but that didn’t help. I can see these links in the database—would deleting them from the database solve the issue?

    you probably just need to disable localize gravatar

    How can I eliminate the errors related to those links in Search Console? Do you have any information on this topic?

    If I return a 410 status code for all links starting with wp-content/litespeed/localres/, would it harm the site, and would these links be removed from Search Console?

    no , unfortunately I don’t know how to elimnate these 404 lists
