sudden appearance of a strange redirects

  • This just started happening this morning, and I have no idea why. I haven’t done anything other than put in some new posts a few days ago. Didn’t add any new plugins, or change anything.

    When I log in and go to write a post or page now, sometimes when I hit “Save and Continue Editing” it kicks me out to this
    https://www.mashupciti.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fwp-admin%2Fpage.php

    It happens every time I try to publish something. I don’t know why this started right now. The only thing I can think of is that I just enable blogging from my digg account. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    So it went away once I removed the digg account, or disabled it and every was good. I made some posts, followed up on some stuff. I go to log a few minutes ago, and it’s doing the same thing again. So i have no idea what is triggering this behavior. Is this a bug?

    apparently this is totaly random now. I ‘reinstalled’ wordpress. by that i mean i just overwrote the site with the latest version just in case. but still no change! ??

    So now when I write a post, and try to attach an image, the login screen appears in the image box, so I have to log in there as well.

    I also received an “unable to connect to database” error, but that only happened once. Is this possibly a hosting issue? like if they did a server upgrade or something?
